Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use anything from Prompt Packs. Buying a pack means you accept them.
1. Definitions
"We" and "Prompt Packs" mean the seller, registered at Prompt Packs, 1 Example Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 1AA. "You" means the person buying or using a pack. "Pack" means a collection of AI prompts sold as downloadable files. "Bundle" means a purchase covering every pack available at the time of purchase, plus later additions.
2. What You Are Buying
You are buying a licence to use digital files containing text prompts. You are not buying software, a subscription, an AI service, or access to any third-party assistant. You need your own access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a similar service to use the prompts, and that relationship is between you and that provider.
3. Price and Payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where it applies
- Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment provider
- Your order is accepted when payment clears and the download email is sent
- We may change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price that applies to your order
4. Delivery
Packs are delivered electronically, normally within minutes of payment, to the email address given at checkout. If your download has not arrived within an hour, email hello@promptpacks.co.uk and we will resend it. It is your responsibility to give a working email address.
5. Right to Cancel and Refunds
Because packs are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download starts.
Separately, and voluntarily, we offer a full refund if you email us within 14 days of purchase; see the refund policy. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.
6. Licence and Restrictions
Your purchase grants a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts, including for commercial and client work. You may not resell, republish, sublicense or redistribute the prompt files, or use them to build a competing prompt library. Full detail is on the licence page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All prompts, text, design and other material on this site remain the property of Prompt Packs. Output you generate using the prompts belongs to you, subject to the terms of the AI service you use.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the prompts, or anything produced with them, for unlawful purposes, to harass or deceive, to produce content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or to generate material that infringes someone else's rights. We may end your licence without refund if you do.
9. Results and Accuracy
The prompts are tools that improve the quality of AI output. They are not a guarantee of any particular result. AI assistants can produce inaccurate, biased or outdated information regardless of the prompt used. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you send, publish, submit or rely on. Nothing in the packs is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site and download links available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, revise or withdraw packs. If a pack you own is withdrawn, your existing licence and copies remain valid.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data arising from use of the prompts or their output. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the pack in question. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and the current version is always on this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
